I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and cozy with a lovely double bed and a beautifully decorated ceiling. The service was top-notch with excellent housekeeping, laundry service, valet parking, and tours/ticket assistance. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the train station and all the attractions in Florence. However, the dining options were limited to only cold foods, which was a small downside. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great value for money.
